This unique opportunity brings you to the forefront of day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, monitoring and implementation of network infrastructure within a global financial services company environment. The primary focus of this role will be to participate in administration and management of global LAN, WAN, firewalls, load balancing, and wireless networks.

Main responsibilities:

• As part of a high-caliber team provide Tier-2/Tier-3 support of incidents, tasks and problem tickets, collaborating with system and security teams as needed
• Ownership for up-time, monitoring, reliability, stability and policy maintenance of supported systems
• Contribute to high priority calls and own problem management tasks
• Create, produce and maintain current description and documentation of knowledge management, policy configuration, including tracking and documenting any changes to policies, procedures and operational tasks
• Ensure KTLO tasks are handled with precedence and effectiveness

Experience required:

• Extensive experience with SDWAN / SASE / Firewall / VPN technologies (preferably Palo Alto, Prisma SDWAN/Access and Cisco Viptela)
• LAN/WAN network technologies and related protocols
• Load Balancing (LTM/GTM) – F5
• Network Access Control – Forescout/Cisco ISE
• Wireless networking technologies (802.11x)
• Converged voice and data infrastructures

Preferred licenses / certifications

• Cisco (CCNA, CCNP: Routing & Switching | Security | Voice | Data Center)
• F5 (Certified Administrator | Certified Technical Specialist)
• Palo Alto Certified Network Administrator (PCNSE)
